Steer clear of this place, absolutely ridiculous garage. Was constantly lied to to about the repairs of my car which took nearly 3 months. Told the same story 9 times that my car was ready when it wasn?t. Completely unhelpful reception staff and have had the car returned to me with issues that have not even been fixed!

Absolutely shocking company. Customer care abysmal. Accident happened end of August/beginning of September. Kept calling and asking for date they would pick up my car. Told me they had sent estimate and were waiting on insurance company approving. After back and forward between them and my insurance company it turned out that they hadn?t even sent the estimate. Eventually sorted and car was collected 9th October and was told it would be 3-4 week turnaround. I had also been told I would get like for like courtesy car however I have a Toyato Ago. My car is a Ford Ecosport. I am mobility disabled and getting in and out of this small car is causing me pain. I have had no contact from Bodywyse updating me on the progress of the repairs. I am continually phoning and emailing. Staff rude on phone, laughed at me when I asked if I would get my car back before Christmas. Email responses are abrupt. Told part on back order and they were never given dates. They chase the supplier on a weekly basis.I contacted them again on 11th December asking for update however my part was apparently due that day and they would let me know. No-one has let me know anything. I have contacted them again today and now the part is due 29th December. I am expecting this to change again. So you are given dates for back orders. Get nothing but lies from them. Dreading the condition my car is going to be in when I get it back and wondering if it will have the same amount of fuel in it as when they received it. I am only using this company as this is the one provided by my insurance company, otherwise I would have avoided going by other reviews.

Highly recommend this garage great guys that work their had a few jobs done ? done a great job on my fiat 500 I will always use this garage highly recommend to anyone.sandy so help ful great customer service ,girls lovely in the office.

Excellent customer service and workmanship from start to finish. I got a quote for a little paint touch up lol, which seemed reasonable. Sandy and team found a couple of other faults, which they kindly fixed for me. Amy and Rosie in the office were both helpful and polite. My car was also cleaned out. Well impressed with the service I received. I shall definitely be back.Services: Painting

All the staff very friendly and welcoming from the initial 1st assessment with Darren to work being completed by Sandy and his team top notch job, even took the vehicle next door to have 4 tyres fitted which I wasn't able to do as I work away from home. I would definitely recommend this place to go for bodyshop repairs.

Read every 1 star review on this place and pay attention to them all, it cost me 353 odd quid and a whole day just for an mot. Worst garage i have ever experienced.

absolutely rude and useless. took the car before christmas even though they did not have any of the parts to do the repair so waited 5 weeks for our car back. like for like car consisted of a big fanily type car for a toyota aygo, return the car with zero fuel which is fine but never mentioned the courtesy car had to be returned with a certain amount of miles so left them with 100 miles while we got 13 miles back. to top of this atrocious service everytime we called and spoke to the lady on the desk has a complete attitude problem and can tell she was laughing when we were making our complaint. Released my vehicle with defective brakes. They took 3 weeks to do a 1 week job. Refused to take my vehicle in unless I relinquished my allowance of a courtesy car. A complete disaster experience. My vehicle remains unsafe and un drivable 5 weeks after it went in for a minor repair. Now I have weeks of complaints investigation to go through. A truly awful experience.

Was told the vehicle would be repaired by the end of August, then start of September, then end of September, told 29th at the very latest, then found out they had broken the new rear window putting it in, frustrating yes but we waited and were told it would definitely be done by the 6th October and we would be phoned by the 10th. We received no phone call and had to phone them ourselves to be told the car failed quality control, yet apparently was in the paint shop almost a month earlier. This would obviously be frustrating, yet the woman on the phone was obnoxious and arrogant any time we voiced our frustration, still don't have any idea when we are getting our car back so are now having to raise a complaint through our insurance and the motor ombudsman. Took them over a month to even take the car and I'm betting it won't have the full tank of diesel it had when it eventually went in, neither us or our insurance company have ever received any truthful updates on the car unless we've specifically asked about itServices: Painting
