every day i have to go outside and close the building door because the postman leaves it open, surely they can shut doors behind them, tried calling sorting office, they can't even lift the phone either, completely useless postmen in east ayrshire.

Been phoning this place since 4pm trying to get through in the hopes of receiving some clarification on my parcel which I have yet to receive - I have attempted over 100 calls and there has been no answer - clearly on the dingy. Wish I could give 0 stars. No customer service what so ever
