We stayed in the Royal Hotel New Cumnock very reasonable deal for diner bed and breakfast bar prices also reasonable. Have stayed at various RAD group and so far not been disappointed.Rooms: Well equipped rooms plenty seats very comfy

Rooms: Absolute luxury. Spotless & beautiful. Attention to detail is second to none .Nearby activities: Although Hetland Hall is out in the country Hetland Garden Centre is less than a minute away by car. Dumfries, Annan and Gretna are easy to reach by car.Food & drinks: Always love the food at Hetland Hall. Mmmmmmmmmmmm!

Been at Fairfield hotel for New Year?s Day dinner if you?re gluten free avoid at all costs served a dish full of gluten (ordinary pastry ) only 2 main course choices one of which had gluten in it ( noodles ) never again

Just home from a visit to the 1906 in Cumnock we?ve been to the radstone the Carlton and the 1906 but tonight my husband was disappointed in his sweet on the menu it said luxury fudge cake with caramel sauce fudge pieces and ice cream I?m afraid when it came it was just a slice of fudge cake with Scootie cream a bit of a let down nearly a divorce because I ordered off the valentines menu which was Romanoff tablet ice cream and toffee he argued it was his no way ????

We love Hetland Hall and have been there with family.Food, bedrooms, etc are brilliant! Staff are wonderful:friendly, helpful and engaging. Will go back many times.

Worst hotel I have ever visited and I have been to a few of there sister hotels first when we got to the hetland hall hotel our room was not ready even though it was after our check in time we were told to go into bar and they would come and get us when ready an hour and a half later we went to reception the girl had left and the person who took over didn't know anything about us so we got our room over 2 hours late then we got told our dinner would at 7.3o then we were put in the bar not the restaurant then we had to wait over half a hour to take our order only when I asked and also they had no batteries for our remote control for tv and there was nothing they could do take my advice stay at home rather then go to the hetland hall hotel

My husband and I recently stayed at the Dalmeny Park hotel and were delighted with all it had to offer. We are long time visitors to the other RAD group hotels and thought we?d try the new one! We were away for our silver wedding and once the staff found out we were upgraded to the honeymoon suite which was amazing! The decor as in all RAD hotels was beautifull thought out and tasteful and the accommodation perfect. We had dinner and breakfast both which were exceptionally prepare and delicious. All the staff we met were attentive and very helpful whilst being chatty and friendly! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back - Thank you all for making our stay so lovely

Back in November 2017 I booked a room at the Carlton Hotel in Prestwick utilising an Itison voucher. I raised a query with the hotel as they had changed the classification of their rooms which did not correspond with the room classifications on the Itison voucher.On the night we were due to stay I called the hotel to advise that we would be unable to make the reservation due to personal matters and Jaimie (female) advised that the validity of the voucher would be extended.The following day my wife was contacted by an obnoxious member of staff from the Carlton to advise that we would lose the voucher for non arrival, despite Jaimie agreeing that the voucher would be honoured at a later date.Despite two emails to the Managing Director (Robert Kyle) of RAD Group my request to have this looked into remains unresolved. Mr Kyle it seems likes to treat his customers with disdain and arrogance.Avoid these money grabbing charlatans!!!!
