4 hours Monday to Friday thought this was a main Post Office opening hours poor 12 noon to 4.30pm WHY? People that use British Gas this is the only place you can now top up the queues are sometimes long please power's that be look into this

Based on several visits to this Post Office, these are purely my own opinions - 1. Staff are generally grumpy and moody. Very slow to input necessary data (one finger typing a character every 2 or 3 seconds) which holds up other customers who can be waiting for a long time. I have never seen the staff smile - ever! Not part of a job perhaps but when you work in a customer service role, a smile goes a long way. If you don't like working here, find another job.2. The building is run down. There have been numerous roof leaks, the vinyl flooring is not secure creating a trip hazard. It looks like the main room hasn't been decorated since 1980. Perhaps spending some money on decoration and repairs would really help this Post Office. 3. Due to so many disappointing experiences with this Post Office, I now use another branch which has parking facilities (Cumnock does not) and a much better atmosphere and customer service.

The very nasty counter assistant Aileen really needs to learn some customer service skills , right now she has zero . I did try to phone and put in a complaint to the manager but no one ever answers the phone . This is not the first time this assistant has been nasty to me but I can assure you it will be the last because I will take my custom elsewhere . No wonder the place is always empty
