Went in on Saturday to withdraw cash. Was told by the 2 inside the branch that no one works the counter on a Saturday. Instead they wanted me to call round 4 separate people get their bank details so they could transfer the cash for me. (I have trouble with Internet banking) Absolute headache. Was told other banks are the same. Walked past santander with two cashiers. Time to change branch I think.

Horrendous bank, open on a Saturday but only has withdrawal machines, what's the point in even opening, can't make large withdrawals, very disappointing think be moving my business account elsewhere, even when is open horrendous waiting times.

All local banks now closed.Unable to access deposit service on ATM in Kilsyth. Nobody answers phones in Cumbernauld branch. Terrible service.

when in today today to deposit cash, told I couldn't come in branch that I was was to use the deposit service through the outside cash machines, tried both machines both services where down, made the staff aware of this and was told to 'go away' that there was nothing they could do to help, very rude! very unprofessional!
