Just been in to try and get my phone fixed and potentially buy a new phone, was met with rudeness and dreadful service. Was told to take a seat and wait and wasn't asked what we were in for. Ignored for half an hour and completely disregarded as the staff took other people in front of us as we clearly waited at one of their tables. When we were about to leave one employee told us that people were taken in front of us because they were "quick and easy" (despite not knowing what we were in for at all?). Absolutely appalling and irritating service. Definitely won't visit this shop again.

Must give them 5 stars, I am getting on a bit and not to clever with my smart phone, and, continually get myself into a mess. So I take it into the team at 3 and they never let me down, they always manage to put things right for me and get me back on track, Don't know what I would do without them, Brilliant.
