Use this shop all the and never and issue till to night and actually very annoying about it so the young guy on self scan which me put all my items thought and stood behind me the whole and they remember to 30p for your bag as if I was on the rob very unhappy about and no customer service to talk or manage about I point out that it?s ask at the end if you want to add bag very unprofessional and rude to be completely honest i think it a bad day when your staff are behaving live this. And why all the staff on there phones all the time it it?s a hardship for the deal with you honestly fast being as bad Asda with they headset that talk to I will taken this to there head office as unacceptable behaviour

The tesco app asked me to sign back in again when I was at the checkout. I ended up having to pay a lot more than I had expected to since I couldn't sign in again. A waste of money

This store is the most amazing place on earth we go there nearly every day the staff are always kind the. Car park is big and you have 3 hours so a very good amount of time to shop the food is good and the discounts the clothes are amazing highly recommend

Decent staff, especially in trolleys - Andy, Keiran n Shug. Great guys always willing to go the extra mile. Friendly. Staff inside are nice enough as well. Only minor gripe is that the world foods section should be better, as the selection is quite laughable.

One of the most expensive places to shop in Cumbernauld today and I have no idea why, the quality of most of their own brand products is miles behind anywhere else.
Add to that shrinkflation, offers that are still more expensive than anywhere else I can't help just get angry anytime I go into this place.

Absolute shambles. Self scan not open because 3 members of staff standing at the station chatting did not have a barcode to open it. Couldn't find a supervisor and didn't know who was on duty, noone answering the phone. No checkouts open either
