I really like a subway, but unfortunately this one isn't very good. The food is the same as always, but it's the service, it's incredibly slow.
When we went in my daughter commented on the length of the queue. I thought nothing of it but I wish I did. We queued for over 20 minutes, the longest ever in a subway until we finally got served.
What followed was incredibly poor service, and I really do hate saying that. I understand people are not robots, but it was terrible. My son's sandwich kept getting moved from the counter to somewhere underneath without any explanation. The person serving us kept having to move it back up only for someone else to move it down again. Strange behaviour. I ordered a Furious chicken and asked for it to come without cucumber but she kept trying to put cucumber on it.
When we were finally served we decided not to make it a meal deal just to get out of there. I saw just eat and deliveroo drivers cancelling orders and walking out. Won't be back.

Slow service, poor quality food, don?t pay attention to delivery order instructions, like putting the wrong sauces on subs. Would not answer phone. Took nearly 2 hours for them to prepare food for a delivery. Will not use again.

Slower than a week in the jail. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Ordered online for collection via the subway app and still have to wait for everyone else to be served despite the app saying the order was ready for collection, then the staff ignored our order, served the next 6 other people that walked in after us, that all had multiple orders and left ours till last, then told us the bread we'd asked for was out of stock, after giving everyone else the bread despite our order sitting there for over 25 mins. It took 30 /35 mins longer than it would have if we had just walked in and placed the order without using the app. Horrendous service. Not even any apologies for making us wait either.
When you do get served, orders are consistently wrong, despite asking for no cheese, it's put on multiple occasions, when contesting it, staff look at you like it's your fault. Id Avoid at all times, especially if you have dietary restrictions or allergies as they wont bother listening to you.

I should've learned my lesson many times to stop coming here. There's always something that goes wrong. Placed an online order at 5.45pm to collect. Came in at 5.55 and it's not ready no big deal. They start making it then 6 customers come in over time and they stop making our subs to deal with every new customer who ordered multiple subs. Then after serving them they'd run out of the bread i ordered which was annoying. Then they finally put salad on our subs. They put the wrong salad on one sub, we tell them and they change it. Then they start putting the wrong salad on the other sub. Can't make it up! We get our subs at 6.25. Half an hour of watching everyone else get priority after we ordered before them. It was like being in fawlty towers. If you've made it this far i can only say i feel sorry for the guy Sam as he was the competent person in at the time and he was the one who had to say sorry. If you go to subway go anywhere else in cumbernauld, the rest are fine.

Subway should be called Sneezeway. Popped in to get something for my husband and left feeling a bit gross. A worker turned away from the humans to sneeze but ended up sneezing over the open salad! Also confused my order when I asked for a simple off the menu sub. I think they are new staff but I won't be going back as it's all very confusing.

Food was good but the attitude on the worker named Kim was absolutely disgusting, my friend asked for wedges and she started shouting that they don?t have them as if she was having a go at her. Get an office job if you act like that with people

Ordered via Justeat never received footlong Churro, no sauces. The 6 inch rottisserie chicken had hardly any chicken on it. The triple cheese footlong dipper hardly any cheese and had not been heated. When I called was told first need to complain via justeat then wasn?t the person on the phone who made the order then they only make them to portion size they are told. We have used this subway often both for delivery and sitting in but no more. Paid £27 for half a delivery then no acceptance that the customer might not be happy!

Ordered a meal deal for delivery, the meal deal came but minus the drink. Tried to contact them and it just rang out. Totally useless.
