Not long back from the Cumbernauld branch. Spoke to a chap called Richard, who was an absolute legend. Such a lovely and knowledgable guy. Ended up coming home with 2 beautiful little Guinea Pigs and a bunch of supplies. Richard, you are a credit to the company. Thank you

Was in the store today and was shocked by the lack of staff on the shop floor. There was 1 young boy serving and a big queue. There was no other member of staff to help with my query or to help on the tills even though they were buzzed for. Ended up leaving

Superb experience today with my family. We went in with our 4 year old son, looking at a hamster for him as a way to teach him how to interact with smaller animals.
Jillian came over and directed us towards the pet rats after discussing it with her. She said with our other pets that rats would be a better fit.
We landed up leaving with 4 rats and a full new beginner setup for them all as Jillian spoke from personal experience and gave us some really great advice. Felt very comfortable with Jillian and we left as a happy family with 4 new additions to our household. We'll definitely be back for great advice and great bits for our rats along with the food for our 3 labradors.

Please think twice about using the Groom Room, Cumbernauld at Pets at Home.
Despite reading negative reviews I decided to give them benefit of doubt and use them.
Our Cocker Spaniel was left with numerous razor marks and he was nicked in a few places (photos attached) On collecting Brodie the staff did not mention he had been nicked.
I would not recommend taking your dog here and look for more responsible groomers in the local area.
The only redeeming factor when I discussed with the manager who agreed the groom was not up to standard and the nicking should have been made known to myself when collecting. He also mentioned it was in a position of eye level (chest) so there was no excuse for not highlighting.
The store manager refunded the full amount of the groom.

Helpful, friendly staff, but could do with some more choice, especially harnesses for young dogs. I've seen a lot more choice in other Pets at Home stores.
