If I could give 0 stars I would. Just left this restaurant empty handed, charged for food I never received because their till crashed. I was basically told if I wanted my food I would have to pay again and my original payment "should" be refunded as "it's usually refunded within 24 hours". I showed that the payment was pending on my bank app but that wasn't good enough. The manager was hopeless and completely unhelpful, telling me there's nothing she can do, "tills crash" and I would either need to speak to my bank or speak to customer service. This is an absolute disgrace and the way I was treated is also a disgrace. I didn't even get a receipt to confirm my money was being refunded after being clear, I just wanted something to eat and to be assured I wasn't going to be charged twice as couldn't afford this. I left in anger and frustration because the manager was completely unhelpful and acting like I had caused the problem in the first instance. The fault was with KFC and their IT system, so you'd think they should do what they could to rectify the situation and keep the customer happy. Not in this case, I was basically sent packing and told "Don't come back". I will be making a formal complaint higher up the ladder, to someone who hopefully can actually try to resolve the missing money from my account and has some customer service skills. People shouldn't be in management positions when they clearly have no management skills!

Ordered from them via Just Eat app absolute joke no food came after waiting well over an hour. Tried to call just rang out. Thankfully got cancelled and refunded but I have never experienced that before and I hope nobody has to experience that again. I don't know if someone bumped my order off the screen and so it never got made or they ran out of product to give to customers but it's common courtesy to at least give people a call back to explain the situation!

We ordered our food and got what we asked for. Some was hot, some warm. Corn was on a stick, just, it spun round and fell off as you fought to get the bag off. Like most KFC restaurants nowadays, standards are slipping. It?s not fine dining, never will be, but it should be a decent, acceptable standard with good service.Not many people were in the restaurant whilst we were there. Drive through was a steady flow.Not the best experience. Although we have been in worse.Parking: Can be difficult to park when the area gets busy, not enough spaces for all the businesses at peak times. There are marked bays or on street parking. Two disabled spaces near to the entrance.

No cheese on any of the wraps and no large gravy but charged for it. Always check your order before leaving, the children working there are incompetent, messed my order up a few times now.

Awful. Constantly getting order wrong or not hearing what you've said. Need to start repeating orders back to customers. Staff no help young employys all standing about gabbing!!

What can you say about kfc. It?s an expensive miss of what the chain used to be. We keep falling into the trap of what we having tonight and instantly regretting our choice when we open the food to consume. Service was great! Quick and clear ordering. Happy smiling staff. The atmosphere in kfc has died along time ago. A place you used to love to have dinner at is now a headless place just to order food.

It?s fine if you go in. But for the love of god don?t order. They?ve sent orders with missing items, hours late, or someone else?s order. This would be fine if they answered their phone and were willing to fix it but they don?t. Their phone just rings out. Food is just KFC, nothing special. Sweets N Treats in Abronhill has better fried chicken for cheaper.

I went to counter to place my order as the custom I needed isn't available from self order service. My order was taken quickly, I paid and informed the Young lady I was going to use the toilet. Just as I returned my order number was called but a male worker, who didn't ask if I wanted condiments., but told me my tea was being made as he walked away, well he may have been busy. My tea was presented to me within minutes and took the opportunity to as the Young man for salt, he pointed to the other end of the counter fot me to collect it myself. Now I'm not lazy and certainly don't expect Michelin Service, but while I'm disabled, using crutches, some awareness and kindness wouldn't go amiss. No one offered to carry my tray to a table. Making my task to sit down a little risky. Following this, I witness the Young lady you took my order, oblige a customer by fetching her requested condiments, which was good service, and the customer wasn't physically disabled.

Love a KFC, BUT! More often than not the restaurant is filthy with food all over the floor and the tables are disgusting.Come on guys this is basic hygiene.

Hi, I?m a regular kfc customer in Cumbernauld and if any other kfc would be open around the area, I?m not gonna eat at this one anymore! The staff is not professional at all, they don?t handle the food with care and they have zero respect for anyone! While I?m waiting for my food, i always look around and I?m seeing things I don?t like! I have seen members of the staff flirting with customers, while other customers are ignored! If something is wrong with the orders and the customer point it out to the kfc staff, their reaction is awful, the way they look at you makes you to shut up and to find your way out! They always laugh, talk and all this while turning their back to the customers , ignoring them and leaving them to wonder if they should eat at kfc or should change their restaurant options!I don?t know who runs this restaurant, but o think that person should work out this problems and fix their services!
