I have not ever found this to be a good KFC restaurant. I have had to make complaints to head office about portion size. If you really want KFC. Go elsewhere.
Parking: There is a large car park available for KFC customers.
Kid-friendliness: The often even smile when serving children.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are 4 mobility parking bays right outside. No kirb to climb, and as it is on the ground floor, it is ideal for wheelchair users.

My bf and I ordered two boxes, both got mixed up. My burger was missing items, only got chicken and mayo in it even though I ordered more, missing popcorn chicken from both boxes and my bf asked for boneless chicken and got the opposite. Overall disappointed and was such a waste of money. Paid for a lot and didn?t even get half of order correct. Disgusting.

Went in your can't walk up to the till and order have to order your food.have youse a machine so walked out and went to taco bell . walked in order my food.no problem.and KFC have closed the drive through

Absolutely horrible experience - ordered a delivery half of it was missing and cold, have tried to phone the restaurant a record 15 times and no answer. Is this really how you want your staff treating customers - as someone who?s working in customer service for 5 years I would never treat a customer this way and I think the managers have a lot to answer for.

Ordered a fillet burger meal for £7 and 10 seconds later I had the food in my hand. The fries were soggy and cold and was probably sitting there for 30 mins. The burger and it's buns looked similar. The fact that staff think this is normal for a £7 fast food meal makes me think why people don't want to try this type of chains. Returned the order right away and manager sales they made a mistake and gave you the food that was supposed to go to the bin. It's funny that staff who are getting paid to do the same task every day fail to do so. This is my third time in the last 2 years returning food at this specific branch. Apparently the district manager is more worried about their KPI than customer satisfaction. Absolutely disgraceful.
I wish I had taken a photo so all could see what was served to a customer.

We were given the wrong order and we went all the way home which was 15 minutes away, have to come back. Instead of apologizing the Manager said as it was our fault. There was only one customer there. They called out our order number, the drinks were fine but gave us the wrong order. Instead of apologizing they said that it was our fault. Cold food too.

Been here a coupe of times.
1st Drive through that quick and efficient.
2nd Walked in. That was super quick. Ordered on the machine and by the time I've got my receipt my food was ready within 1min after payment.
Nothing missing either.
Staff was Nice too on both occasions.

2 take away meals, no salt, no napkins and no straws for the drinks. Fortunately at home we have glasses to decant the drinks into & we have salt, but we don't have napkins, yes we have towels but that's not the point. It probably reads as petty and if l was reading it too l would think that, but had we been eating and drinking in the car as it's a beautiful sunny evening we would have struggled with drinking the drinks whilst eating the food. Having straws to drink out of would have been nice.
In all the years that we have been patrons of this KFC this is the first time that this has happened.
Disappointed.

Only one star as you can?t leave no stars Chips looked like reheats from last week no dips given only realised this when we got home but charged for them won?t be going back to this kfc
