Good shop in the Antonine town centre.
Small shop has the more popular items in stock and some sale items. Staff are friendly and very helpful.
Items well displayed and shop is clean easy to manoeuvre around the shop.

I was in the store about midday today was ready to purchase a pair of trainers witch were a the till,,there was I guy in front of me returning online purchases was about 5 t- shirts I think nobody else in the shop but 5 other staff members waited 10 mins to be served but no one would serve me so I just walked out with out purchasing them

I ordered a number of items from this company and it split into 2 different parcels. The first parcel was delivered without any issues, however, the second parcel had an item missing. My husband was at home for the second parcel and was aware that I had something coming. I live on a Main Street so people pass my front door regularly and it is really busy. Firstly, the delivery driver from Evri chapped the door really lightly but my husband heard it and on opening the door the driver, who was almost back in his van said ?that?s your parcel, sorry it?s burst.? On the delivery photo my door clearly wasn?t open and he had chosen to walk away without an answer on a busy street. Very suspicious. On checking the parcel there was a tracksuit missing. I am absolutely furious and am really disappointed with jd?s customer service and hope you all take heed of this. I am not in a financial position to replace this. I hope whoever has taken this is proud of themselves. I will NEVER shop at jd again!!!!

Jd Cumbernauld!!Absolutely shocking customer service. Shoes were priced wrongly and not willing to give a goodwill gesture. I worked for jd for almost 10 years and this is the worst customer service I have come across. If you make an error hold it hands up. I was entitled to these trainers at the price shown

Went in to kit my daughter out a few weeks ago, for her first year in high school, bag, coat, converse and shorts for PE. I couldn't get near anything as 3 staff members were stood in front of the racks, I'd say excuse me and they'd move to the next rack chatting so I couldn't get there either, this happened several times. In the end I walked out and went to Stirling branch instead. Where I could look at ease and got everything I wanted.

Why does it clearly say online that this JD store is open when all stores are closed till 26th? Isn?t that false advertising? I have been seriously let down by this and spent money to get to these stores (going on what it says online, that these stores are open) just to find out that they aren?t open! How do I formally complain?
