Took my sons bike in for a service and was lucky enough to get a man named Derek. He was so welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable not just about the bike but also deals within the store. If in again I will definitely be asking for him. Bike got sorted at a very good price and quickly as well. Great service.

Had an issue with a newly purchased bicycle and took it to Halfords Cumbernauld. The bike staff fixed it quickly and didn?t charge me. Really appreciate the help ? great service from the bicycle department ?
