I had a load of stuff to trade in aswell as some bits to buy. I was greeted by Jake. He was extremely helpful, showed his amazing knowledge as well as excellent customer service. I will definitely be returning to this store

Reasonable choice of used electronics, DVDs, and games. Generally speaking, the items are overpriced in comparison to other market places although, they do have a three year warranty on many items.

Wouldn't refund cash for a game purchased less than a week ago. Not told refund would be voucher only! No use for voucher as forced to go digital with games as can't get disc drive for ps5 pro. On that note CEX are trying to sell a used disc drive for £170 that cost £100 new when available.

The website shows it has what I want, the shop didn't have it. I had phoned earlier to confirm they had the item, and the phone message said, "Use the website," and then it cut me off. Professional, I think not.

Worst service that I've ever received

I traded in a brand new phone, I had only opened the box to look at the phone before deciding I didn't want it, I didn't use it at all before putting it back in the box. They called me the next day to say there was a scratch on it so it would actually be B graded not A. I picked up the phone and sure enough huge scratch on it. They must have dropped it or something and I'm left with a damaged phone. I won't trust them again.Edit: as suggested by the reply to this review I contacted them and it led nowhere, it's a waste of time.

4 days and they still haven?t paid me they talk absolute rubbish can?t phone them terrible customer service used them a lot ten years ago never had this problem will not be back was supposed to make stuff easier have caused an absolute hassle sell your stuff online will get more money and you will actually get your money when someone buys your stuff on time
