Arrived to drop off clothes, new with tags and books. Abruptly told not accepting donations, such a shame. That’s a couple of times at this shop I’ve felt it’s too much bother for the staff. Such a shame, won’t be back.

Shocking behaviour by who I assume was the manager today. Standing with an armful of books and pushed out of the way by this woman on her way to process a refund. Fortunately she pushed me and not my mother with a walking stick and neck injury. Needless to say the books were left and no acknowledgment when advised it... read full comment
