Last Friday 4/7/2025, I made the mistake to visit this petrol station, as I usually do to put fuel in my car and to add some air in my tires. When I arrived in the petrol station, I thought that it will be better if I check my tires first and then to put fuel. A rude and without any common sense driver had placed his car with a flat tire at the air pump taking more than two parking spaces and not allowing anyone to have access to the air pump. He didn?t remove his car when I approached him. I thought that the staff will give me a solution but UNFORTUNATELY they didn?t do anything except to tell that I have to go and talk to the guy again. Do you know something? This was the last time I visited this place and of course all my family. Perhaps you don?t give a dam but believe me I will not stop spreading what happened at your fuel station.

Hi ,I would like to thank the ladys at the service station for there honesty, I left my wallet at the coffee counter with cash and bank cards in it ,they managed to contact me through messenger and let me know it was there, it's good too know there are still good people out there, i highly recommend this place ?

Female employee made me feel extremely uncomfortable, hope this gets brought up at the management. I was at the petrol station to get some tobacco and water. People who's been there know that there's no service like 4g only wifi (my phone doesn't connect to that wifi for some reason). So I came in today at around 7am, asked for tobacco, I had sparkling water and some sweets, when I pay my card gets declined. I was waiting for my new bank card and I used a different one that didn't have enough money on so for that I transferred the funds in advance to pay for my stuff. I had £32 transferred which is usually more than enough however the price was around £33 so I asked to leave my stuff and I would quickly pop outside to get connection and transfer the rest of the money. I heard a loud sigh from the female employee which I ignored but when I came back to pay, again I asked to leave out the sweets because I changed my mind (i wanted to get them but due to my diet I kinda convinced myself to not buy them). When the lady scanned my tobacco she gave me an unnecessary comment, something like "that's why you don't have enough money (pointing to tobacco pouch)". I wasn't sure if that was a comment towards my nicotine addiction or that I can't afford to buy things in her opinion? I did mention that I need 4g to transfer my money from 1 bank account to the other but obviously it doesn't mean anything to the female employee. It was just so unnecessary and rude as that lady is not my friend to talk to me like that and she has no idea about my finances or my smoking habits. I'm not trying to complain but I still think this should be mentioned here just so in case anyone from the management will see my review. Again, really annoying and made me feel extremely uncomfortable.***UPDATE***Just a quick update. I eventually asked to speak to a supervisor / manager at the Craiglinn BP. As I said before, I didn't want to complain but just to give the feedback from my experience this morning. I talked to Ewan & he said he'll speak to that female employee and really reassured me that he will deal with matter. I honestly felt so relieved as Ewan was very kind, he listen to me and apologised on behalf of the female employee. We had a quick chat which resolved the issue and he also offered me free coffee, it really surprised me as I didn't expect to get anything especially for free; btw that coffee was amazing. So I wanted to say big thank you for listening to me & in terms of my usual review on employee performances, I really think Ewan was very professional and his customer service skills are outstanding, I hope this gets seen by the management, honestly, get this guy promoted. And normally a great experience but I?m now at my tether with one of your employees. Neil, have I done something to offend you because you are the most unprofessional/moody man I have ever met. I?ve let this go for months now but when ever you see me you whole attitude changes. You throw the bag and what ever I?m purchasing down. You stand and wait as though I?m taking too long to pack my purchases. I?m nothing but nice and happy with you as I know what?s it?s like dealing with the general public but I haven?t deserved the absolute scorn you give me.

As many of you are aware, the world is in a pandemic with covid 19. To help with social distancing, while delivering is being worked, the facilities will be closed until 7am.then you can get bacon rolls and coffee. Even fuel for vehicles. Please be nice to the staff, they're only following guidelines.
