I have always been there for takeway. Really good food and there pleasant service makes this place 7 star. Would recommend chicken tikka biryani as thats my favorite dish frim this place. Will try dine in next time.

Awful They spoiled my sons birthday dinner last night - unwelcoming and we all felt we shouldn't be there. Staff were rude girl serving drinks held a tray of empty glasses next to my face whilst barking at me about an empty glass! we've been a few times and enjoyed it but won't return after this whatever was going on was not down to us - all we did was book a table and turn up on time! its left a really bad taste. Couldnt get out quick enough - I left my meal practically untouched just to get away. Still upset this morning so take my advice steer clear there are better options! Weird behaviour and we felt really uncomfortable

I ordered a curry and some beers for delivery by phone . Guy I spoke to said I couldnt pay the whole order by card by phone . Told me to order curry online and pay for beers separate when guy delivered the curry . Guy came with delivery but with no beers and said he knew nothing about the beers and I had only ordered a curry online . I have ordered curry and beers before from there without doing separate payments !! Not happy with Bombay dreams on this occasion !?

Customer service is lacking sadly! Heard my name being called at main entrance but I'm waiting in bar! 5mins or so passed so I asked what's happening? Turn's out the guy left my carry-out at table at front entrance without even asking in the bar waiting area!!! Shocking if you ask me as it hasn't been the first time I've had similar issues waiting in bar area! & Surprise Surprise it happened yet again this evening!!! The reason I'm aware of this is because i asked the young man that isn't my order sitting on that table is it? So he went & checked 2mins later there's my order which I believe was sitting on that very table! If an order is ready why oh why I'm I still waiting??? Very unprofessional & it seems to be a regular occurrence "there's no excuse" now i know why my order's haven't always been pipeing hot! In saying that the folk behind the bar are friendly /polite & the food is brilliant.

Went with a large party for a birthday bash ( the crowd we were with are regulars). We specifically asked for a separate bill , infact , I asked twice to make sure it had been done and I was told yes it was separate. At the end of the night my hubby asked for our bill and he paid it. The following day I checked and we had been charged quite a bit over . I called the following day to query it and was told the manager would
call me on Tuesday. Needless to say, I didn't get a call. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and figured they'd call me on the Wednesday. No call came. I've just called them just now (Saturday) and got the speak to the "manager". Basically called me a liar saying I could just be saying that I'd been overcharged. He was rude, abrupt, talking over me, not letting me speak then accused me of threatening him because I said I was gonna do a review and I'd be telling the crowd what I've just experienced. I can tell you now, we won't be eating there again. Nasty manager with zero experience concerning customer satisfaction!!! I've heard Dalshannon Farm are really good for anyone else that's had issues with this clown.
