Very bad banking experience, took a lot of coins, the bank has no machine to point change. This is a bank. There are no machine points. A lot of staff stood there, but did not do substantial help to the customer. Very bad branch

This should be top of the list for closing, 3 times this month I've went in on a Saturday to pay in a substantial amount of cash for work purposes only to be ignored by staff, when the machines aren't accepting money, asking for assistance at the front then directed to the unattended counter to pay in only for the staff... read full comment
