Really happy with our purchase from this company, ordered 4 chairs on a sunday and they arrived by tuesday ? very quickly sorted out a small manufacturing issue with one of the chairs, would definatley use this company again, good customer service and good product, thank you

Zero stars. AVOID at all costs. They do not have stock of the items they sell- as soon as an issue arises their "strategy" is to forward the customer their communication with the furniture manufacturer and take no responsibility. Poor customer service all around, so unless you want to waste weeks on end trying to sort out the issue and end up out of pocket I suggest you spend your money elsewhere.

Great business. Great service. Lovely people. After being badly let down waiting 4 months for an expensive wardrobe and non arrival. I spoke to Michael and Steve and felt reassured l would get this quickly. 11 days later ready for delivery. Very competitive prices and excellent service throughout. I will most definitely be using again in the future. 5 stars are not enough

They sent me a collage of chairs!!!! the bottom part of my office desk chair is from another chair.. as a result the bolts don't fit properly. Awaiting if they can solve this

I had a to unfortunately cancel an order I placed with them. They came back to be very quickly, and sorted the cancellation without any issues. Great and efficient service, I will definitely use them again

The worst experience I have ever hadThe worst experience I have ever had. Please do not purchase anything from 121 furniture. Total incompetence from start to finish. Dropped the first sofa at the wrong address. The second sofa arrived damaged. Then a fight to get a refund. Just under a month of stress. A total joke of a business. Be smart shop and shop somewhere else. I would score them a zero if I could. Awful just awful.

Found a unit I really liked and emailed regarding delivery etc before I ordered. I got a very speedy, friendly and helpful reply from Michael and when I ordered I got all the delivery info sent from Steven. Top quality, amazing value for money and a very fast and speedy delivery (I ordered Wednesday and it was here by Friday) would definately use them again.

Still waiting for a refund of £554 as a result of returning my daughters cabin bed which broke after a few months. Really disappointed ??
Need to replace her bed but l am currently unable to do so !!
