We stopped in Crieff for 15 minutes to break our journey. We chanced upon the Crieff Food Company and were very impressed. We bought a few things. We didn?t go to the cafe. The presentation, range of products and overall ambience was great. The staff were polite and service was good if not particularly proactive. The shop would be impressive in Edinburgh. Even more so in a small town like Crieff. A great chef?s destination and something to make us think that Crieff would be a nice place to live.

Customer service poor and baked potatotoes were even worse. The filling in the chicken, bacon and cheese bacon potatoes was sparse. I struggled to find the pieces of chicken and the pieces of bacon consisted of bacon fat. Partners Baked Potato with a cheese only had just over a teaspoon of cheese- was meant to have 3 varieties included but only had a 2nd rate cheddar in the filling. Onion in salad seemed to be a left over pickled onion from a Ploughman's lunch which was slice and spouse both plates of food.

Delicious food -not expensive -excellent service. Good location -by the police station and car parks. Toilets as always were immaculate.

Quality of food amazing from butcher meat to delicious deli counter ,staff are welcoming and very helpful, manager is a lovely woman definitely one of the staff ( didn't know she was manager)very helpful, great shop for different foods from other larger stores

Came in the other day with my family and dog was astounded by the levels of customer care shown by the staff here, Robert, who made our coffees provided amazing service, bringing over dog bowls and treats for our pooch. Other staff were excellent too but Robert stuck out to us for his thoughtfulness
Thank you all, would recommend especially if Robert?s on the coffee!
