John Gordon and his team at Gaulds could not have looked after my family better. They were very discreet, sensitive to our different needs and helped us to plan very personal and moving funerals for both of our parents. Nothing was too much trouble and we have no hesitation in recommending John to anyone who unfortunately finds themselves needing the services of a funeral director.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Gaulds helped my dad prepare his funeral plan so that he had everything in place which gave him peace of mind. When he passed away the staff helped make the process straightforward and were excellent on the day of the funeral.

My Dad died recently and we used the undertakers Gaulds of Crieff to deal with the funeral and all related matters.My point of contact at Gaulds was John Gordon.John was excellent to deal with. I and the rest of my family new within a few minutes of meeting John that we were in safe hands and this proved to be the case.John dealt with all requests (there were many) from me in a professional and courteous manner.Moreover everything went like clockwork on the day of the funeral and my Dad received the celebration of his life we hoped for..Moreover the funeral tea caterers Langs of Perth were first class and Dewars rink, Perth was the ideal funeral tea venue.Because of the service i received from John and his colleagues I have no hesitation in recommending them and would certainly use them again..Thank you

Following the sudden passing of my mum, we entrusted her funeral arrangements to John Gordon of Gaulds funeral directors. From the outset John was friendly, professional and respectful. He handled all of the details with diligence and made what is a difficult time as easy as possible for the family. He was always available to discuss anything that cropped up and kept us up to date with information as and when it was required. Our thanks go out to him and his team for all his help and for enabling us to give mum a good send off.

Both my brother and myself cannot thank Gaulds funeral directors enough (in particular John Gordon) for their compassion, care and attention to detail in handling and guiding us through the arrangements after the passing of our mum. They really made a difficult time a little easier to bare. We felt that we were in safe hands, listened to and that our mum would be looked after with the upmost of respect and dignity. John you and the team were amazing and we cannot thank you enough. While it's not something that you really want to deal with, you certainly made the whole process a lot less stressful for us and we would have no qualms in recommending your services to anyone that found themselves in the situation where they needed you. I found John Gordon of Gaulds Funeral Directors to be extremely professional as well as caring. He was exceptionally organised when arranging my father?s funeral. He also went above and beyond to ensure things went smoothly on the day, especially when some technical difficulties were encountered with the Crematorium?s audio visual capabilities.
