After a tough day on the West Highland Way, we went down to Crianlarich and found the Rod & Reel opened. Staff was very nice! We ordered drinks and food and really enjoyed it. It was simple but yummy. I loved my haggis toastie!!

Great little pub off the beaten path. Food was great, cider was cold snd these ladies were fabulous. A few hikers and cyclists stopped in as well. Goodwood for the price.

Chips needed a bit more temperature to cook and the floor leans to one direction so after a few drinks you tend to move away from the bar . Cool kina quirky in a way nice food and atmosphere plus service , dog friendly ! :)

Practically saved my life.
We hid out in the Rod & Reel trying to time the rain before we hiked back up to the WHW. We ordered Haggis toasted sandwiches, and they were superb. I'm still surprised at the elevated pub food in Scotland. The salad that came along with it was so good. It all just hit the spot.
My wife and I got a couple of coffees after lunch, and after petting 2 or 3 dogs, headed back out into the rain.
