Ordered a mixed kebab which, on the website, says it includes shish. When it arrived there was no shish so called shop and was advised they had never sold shish and I must have been looking at the wrong website. Lady I spoke to was extremely rude, unhelpful and condescending

Food is great, service is fast. Delivery driver can't read delivery instructions and rhe portion sizes are gettin smaller and smaller. 2 star due to high cost and small portions.

Ordered 20 minutes before closing time, food arrived within 20 minutes. Food was made fresh and still piping hot. Cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious, easily the best chippy in Fife 10/10 ??

order was 2 hours late. called 45 mins after the delivery time and was told it was on the next delivery. the order didn't show up after another 30 mins. Called back to cancel the order as you can't do it on the dunfermline eats app. the order was completed by them as delivered when it wasn't. they advised they would refund but not holding my breath.

The staff here are abysmal asked for a mixed calzone absolutely no veg or salad, girl on the phone had a very smart attitude ?it doesn?t come with that anyway? only to find out when it arrived that of course it was layered with onions called to be told that I never asked for it without only then to offer me a remake or my money back? didn?t like when I asked for my money back and was greeted with nothing but threatening behaviour in a shop full of customers definitely will not be returning I?m quite surprised no one from trading standards has dropped in?????
