This bank has poor customer service just got there at 15.31 just to pay in a check and clerk was letting someone out and he wouldn't let me in

Useless
Not the tellers fault i used lochgelly branch every week now however ive gi go to another branch mostly cowdenbeath like many more customers button my disappointment find it cold and calculating visit as its busy and the workers are not that patient with customers im sure there not all like this and was used to the plesent helpfull manor of Kerry Muir and 2 other girls most disappointing and inconvenient

Splendid Service !! I was served from the Manager today 30th April 2018 from the Manager Mss Nicola ! She was very helpful and she served me with a great smile all the time .. What a pleasure to be served with so nice woman and with so much grace . She also have help me to make another document that I made my self wrong and also she was patience and served with a great smile !!!
I left the brunch with this smile in my memory and she made my day !!

ATM inside and out. Staff are usually helpful although there tends to be a bit of a queue at most times
