I feel lucky to have found Susie Black Pilates sessions.For me I love the flexibility & variery of the classes and the ability to log in where ever you are in the world. Each block of classes are different which makes it challenging.I am certainly not any leaner after several years of classes and some of the exercises I am unable to complete. What I can say is Pilates has improved my flexibility so I can enjoy other activities such as golf, tennis and gardening.

Susie is the best fitness instructor I've experienced. She is very passionate and experienced about exercise and fitness. She's self-motivated in all areas of her life and she brings this into her sessions too. Her motivation is contagious ? it's one of the things that keeps me coming back. I highly recommend Susie.

Been going to see Susie for many years now, keeps me mobile after years of nursing. Lower back issues, but she always finds ways for me to adapt poses. Susie also a very good listener when I?ve had health issues. Love the variety of moves and adaptations best suited for my on going issues. Susie a great teacher and listener.

Susie is an excellent teacher, she takes into consideration each individual member of the group's particular limitations or muscle restrictions and gives on the spot changes to each exercise to suit. Always feel better and alive after each class. Having videos to use between classes is fantastic.

I have attended classes with Susie for many years and keep coming back for more! She is extremely good at adapting any exercise to suit your body - having had several issues over the years she always finds a way round it. And it's fun!

First began to see Susie for mobility problem post surgery. With the specific exercise that she has given me, I am improving and now attend one of her pilates classes and am continuing to regain mobility. Highly recommend one to one sessions to begin with

I highly recommend Susie Black Fitness. Susie is consistently and constantly attuned to the extremely subtle and shifting balances/imbalances of our bodies. She tailors moves to each of alignments/misalignments that we have in a gentle, encouraging manner, even making it fun! ? The videos on her Pilates channel are excellent and we have no excuse for not being able to practice difficult exercises that parts of our body need. I do feel that there is some real strength in my core and sense of connection/integration within but I need to do more!!Plus, there is a kind, calm, gentle way about the studio or online class that is refreshing.

I have been attending an in person Pilates class run by Susie Black for the last 6 months. She is an excellent teacher, very knowledgable and makes all the classes fun. I would thoroughly recommend her as a fitness instructor. She also does Zoom classes and has online videos to keep you going.

I have had Susie both as a personal trainer, and an online Pilates instructor. She is so positive about everything, and never made me feel that I was old and past redemption. Can?t recommend her too highly!

Joined Susie?s Plan for Jan. It was terrific. Lots of advice, information, encouragement along with exercises, Pilates and the benefit of support from a group. Daily contact, suggestions, interaction and a variety of workouts all helped to refocus and maintain the enthusiasm for the goal. Highly recommend this wonderful woman! Xx

I?ve been attending Pilates with Susie for a few years now. I?ve always felt supported in learning the techniques and Susie is great at explaining what to do. It?s great for working at different levels within a class. She adapted all her classes for online teaching since coronavirus hit and I was pleasantly surprised at how well this has gone for me . There?s still a feeling of inclusion and she is able to watch us all with beady eye. I also joined Plan for Jan, daily exercise and ?brain switches? it?s really making me think about me and my health. Susie makes it all fun! Would highly recommend her. Definitely has motivated me to embrace a healthier lifestyle.

I have been doing an online Pilates class with Susie for the last few weeks and have now joined her ?Plan for Jan? New Year positivity and exercise programme. I really like her teaching style, which I think works well for those like me who normally struggle (physically and mentally) with an exercise programme. Her constant support, and individual attention, help me to get the most out of the exercises and I can really feel the difference it is making. Hopefully one day (post Covid) I?ll be able to attend a class in person, but I would highly recommend Susie?s online classes in the meantime.
