Hiking along the coast from Dunbar to New Castle, we, two Dutchies, got stuck in Cockburnspath. After a nice cup of coffee and a snack we found out there were no busses to Eyesmouth. This shop is a a short walk from the terminus of the Southern Upland Way. Hiker friendly, and well stocked to begin/end an SUW journey. Very clean as well.

Supplying newspapers, groceries, filled rolls, hot pies, soup, snacks, treats, ice cream, artisan goods and gifts. Bean-to-cup coffee and other hot beverages available. Licensed for off-sales.
ATM available inside shop for cash and balance enquiries, no fee.
Located at the eastern end of the Southern Upland Way and Sir Walter Scott Way; northern end of the Berwickshire Coastal Path and Smuggler’s Trail; on the route of the Forth to Farne Way; and close to the John Muir Link; walkers, cyclists and tourists are welcome. Outside seating area.
