Don?t buy nothing from this company cut and shuts wiring going in to main computer without going through the fuse box and broken wires going into the battery there are wires cut off and taped back together

Bought my car from this garage couple of weeks later i had to put it back into there garage to get clutch,handbrake and wing mirror fixed, then 2 months later battery went on it, they came and picked it up and told me as a gesture of goodwill they fixed it, now its in another garage at my expence with over a thousand pounds worth of repairs, for my first car i certainly will not be recomending them ???

I don't know where to start. All I can say is what excellent service I received from Alan. He was amazing. So helpful and went above and beyond for me. He was so kind, not pushy, he listened to my dilemma and what I needed. I wouldn't go anywhere else now for a car....outstanding and an all round gorgeous gem of a man.

What a great experience I had buying car with Alan, thank you so much from the minute of enquiry through sale and picking up car 3 days earlier then planned since my old car gave in. Highly recommended enjoying my little yellow corsa so much plus serviced for a year and all made sale so smooth. Thank you once again,and would recommend to my friends and family aswell.

Seriously can?t recommend at all, bought literally the most expensive car on the lot at that time, £9000 5 year old car with just 40,000 miles in March and it has turned into a total money pit. Within the first month of owning the car I found myself getting poor fuel economy so I went to a garage to get it diagnosed and it was found to be a bad exhaust flex. This was fine as I?d expect small snags on a newly purchased used car, so I contacted Alan and he said to get it to a garage in Kirkintilloch to get it fixed under warranty. This was fine and got sorted promptly. The next thing to start giving way was the clutch in June which occurred in LESS THAN 2000 MILES OF OWNERSHIP. My father contacted Alan and he didn?t want to hear about it and there was nothing I could do apart from go to a private garage as it wasn?t covered under warranty. This cost me £550 which I think is a joke since I hadn?t done anywhere near enough miles to justify a new clutch. Everything was fine with the car up until last month when my power steering started to feel heavy and then completely gave up. I?ve spoke to a garage who are quoting me £350 for this to be sorted. I?m so completely exhausted with having to spend money on a car which at the time I deemed fine at the point of buying it especially for the money £9000. This car has just turned into a massive headache which I wouldn?t want anyone else to have to experience. Just can?t recommend at all.

Wouldn't recommend this garage at all, first car we got had to go back due to a diesel leak near the engine and the gearbox grumbling. Got another car, paid an extra £750 for it to have more than a grand worth of repairs needing done within the 4 months of having it. Was sold 'fully serviced' which it has not, the air filter, fuel filter and oil filter were clogged and in poor condition. The brake discs were in very poor condition and the brake caliper was leaking as well. The timing belt and water pump needed to be replaced as well which is a service item, the service book has had a good shuffle about with tipex to cancel out the 'service' which would include the timing belt being changed. Have contacted the garage numerous times via messenger and letter posted to the business to have no response back. Just off the phone to Alan White after being ignored who is taking no care to resolving it. Would not recommend this garage at all.REPLY - the owner previous to me was your wife and previous to her was a close friend, you told us. I did contact you via messenger and you told me that you would have taken £300 from me to fix just the timing belt. No mention of you wanting to look at the car whatsoever. You have also recieved 2 letters from me attempting to rectify this but no reply. Social media was last resort after trying to resolve this for the past 6 weeks privately and now have been blocked. I'm not dealing with this now, it's been passed on to the appropriate people.
