“I was at this matalan today in the afternoon with my daughter we picked out some lovely clothes and got directed to the girls section by a lovely worker who’s name was Ellie Lauter, She helped us get a suitable size and helped us find the section we were looking for! “I regular visit the cafe at this establishment for many reasons mostly for the food..... i can only guess that those writing bad reviews have a personal agenda. The breakfast is great value and there is a varied choice. the staff without doubt make you feel welcome Even though there is no vegitarian option for customers at breakfast i believe it is the company not the staff that is at fault As for the toilets being dirty again it is up to the company not the staff the building is at least 40-50 years old having once been a factory . For what its worth ..... great value friendly i can only guess that those other reviews where when the staff were at ther busiest time .”
