We used Premier Move for our recent house move. The level of professionalism was outstanding. Absolutely nothing was a problem for the guys. They made what was a stressful experience much easier. Cannot rate Premier Move enough.

Highly recommended! We had last minute problems on our move day due to solicitors and the guys at Premier Move couldn't have handled it any better. Nothing was too much bother, and they were able to provide storage last minute and be on hand to drop out belongings back off just as quickly when we got an alternative move day sorted. Not a bit of damage to anything and the guys worked non stop. Great service!

Had a suite uplifted by premier move today. They arrived on time, they were both lovely and very professional. I thought there might have been trouble getting the big part of the couch through the front door and would have to go out patio doors and out the back garden.They took one look and assured me it would get out the front door. Which it did, with no trouble what so ever.I?m very pleased with the professional job they provided and will definitely use them again!

We've moved house with Premier twice now and would definitely recommend them. They're there when they say they'll be, their team are friendly and really hardworking, and they made sure to get all our things into our new house safely and with the minimum of fuss. Would 100% recommend.

Avoid like the plague.Hired their services over a year and a half ago after the passing of a close relative. The workers who arrived were friendly enough, however when one of their workers had to leave due to personal reasons the other called in an entirely new van doubling the price on my end.Over a year and a half later and I still find damage on the expensive furniture which I stored in their ?warehouse? (really just a box in a field from what the removal team I changed to described). Irreplaceable wicker furniture came back with mould, wooden cabinets were dragged and damaged rather than lifted with any form of care, as was evidenced by the torn wood and scuffing at the base. When informed that a newly hired removal team would be collecting my belongings the friendly demeanour they had presented almost completely dematerialised.I hired these guys because they appeared to be a good go-to during a difficult period in my life. A year and a half later I feel like I paid these guys hundreds of pounds for a well presented scam.
