Took a large parcel, they refused to post it. Shop worker says parcel was too big as it was a Saturday and parcelforce wouldn?t collect until Monday?.. parcel was only a largish box

Looked up opening times online and posted within the actual post office. Went there and it was closed and was angrily told by someone sitting in the dark being the counter that is was always closed at this time. The sign directly in front of me said otherwise as did the online information.

Went in to tax my car with the green slip wouldn?t let me tax it as she said I had to wait on the tax book coming through in my name alought it was already registered online Dva change of ownership ? this post office staff need to get educated on taxing car rules !!! Thankfully went to another post office & got it taxed straight away ?. 5/7/22? defo won?t be using whifflet post office again !!!!

Woman that works in this is so rude. Took a parcel to return down at 13:02. Worker abruptly went ?I?m on my lunch?, turned the lights off and walked out. Utter joke, for the sake of 2 minutes, then expects me to return at 13:45. Absolute farce.

Meant to be a late post office but it is never open late and every time I have tried it recently they always say we don't have any trained staff on. Also their phone number does not work.
