On one occasion my elderly fathers prescription had been missed by his doctors surgery and he needed his medication for the next day. The lovely young girl behind the counter kindly called the surgery and between her and the pharmacist, my dad's medication was in my hand in no time at all! I wouldn't go anywhere else!”

“Good pharmacy, very courteous. They will go that extra mile to help out, which is rare and very much appreciated. Occasionally one may encounter problems with a prescription, but they are almost always the fault of the surgery. The staff will do their best to help you out, but there are obviously some instances that are outside their control. On those occasions, they will do their best to help you, or give you some expert advice.
All in all, a good pharmacy staffed by professional, friendly, helpful people.”

Staff were friendly right enough and went out of their way to get some paper bags from the back since they had no carrier bags for the shelf item I bought.”

“Visited ‘The Pharmacy’ today.I was greeted promptly & efficiently by an extremely pleasant member of staff, Rosaleen.The pharmacy was extremely busy with many customers waiting.I was very anxious as my medication has been unavailable recently.I had also been trying to arrange a compliance aid for my elderly relative.Despite being extremely busy, the dispensary staff & the pharmacist took time & patience to alleviate my anxiety.I couldn’t be more thankful.The pharmacy was so busy it would have been easy to fob me off.Very impressed, shall be moving pharmacy.Well done ??”
