Placed order via 'Just eat' and when it was delivered, 2 main items were missing, then had to drive to the restaurant to be informed by a rude and dismissive manager on shift - Grant, that we would need to request a refund through 'Just Eat' as he would not be replacing the missing items unless we paid for them again! Absolute joke! We ordered and paid for delivery to save us having to go out in the first place! We had to pay again and then we had to take a bay for 13 minutes to wait for replacement missing items. By the time we got home, the rest of the food was stone cold and went in the bin. Zero customer service, absolute shambles. Think McDonald's need to train their staff on how to speak to customers as 'Grant' is very much lacking in common decency or maybe the 'Manager' title has gone to his head.

Never had a problem with McDonald?s before but during the week, I ordered from them through the Just Eat website. I ordered a Happy Meal, Chicken McSandwich and a chocolate cookie. Food was delivered in 2 bags, I opened the small bag first to see the cookie and the small drink, so I expected the other items I ordered to be in the bigger bag, instead I found 3 drinks. I contacted customer service straight away to let them know they got my order wrong and they asked for photographic evidence, which I provided, yet it wasn?t good enough, they refused to refund me. Terrible customer service, I paid all that money just to get 2 of the items that were in my order and the rest was wrong. This goes against consumer rights and I?m not happy about it

Place is a shambles. Always get sent to find a parking space after ordering at drive thru without fail every time. Something as simple as a happy meal takes over ten minutes to appear. You?re better off going into the place to keep an eye on what?s happening with your order. Saying that, you need to fight past the numerous delivery drivers who are waiting for orders which are I presume are slowing the whole place down. Food is better some times than others. The chokehold McDonald?s has on people means we go back for more despite moaning about the place! Staff are always friendly at least.

Restaurant was empty and still waited 10 minutes on a cold sausage mcmuffin although the lady that either came of break or was just starting and ended up getting my order was very friendly.

Absolutely appalling experience. I ordered McDonald?s through Just Eat, and after TWO HOURS of waiting, what arrived was a complete insult. The food was ice cold, the fries were a soggy, limp mess, and the burger looked like it had been sat on. The drink? Spilled all over the bag, making everything wet and disgusting. It?s like no one even tried. The audacity to serve such rubbish after making me wait that long is beyond belief. This wasn?t just bad service?it was a complete disaster. Never ordering from here again. Save yourself the frustration.
