Slowest McDonalds I?ve ever been to. Orders show as ?ready to collect? 10 mins before that are actually ready, so manager clearly have staff falsifying the system to pretend they aren?t so slow. No staff cleaning tables, so you get to look for a cloth and clean a table for something to do while you wait.

Service at this dump is absolutely terrible.
Staff wouldn't look out of place in a nursery play ground, carrying on behind the counter completely ignoring their duties.
Ordered for table service after 15 mins ended up having to go to the counter and deliver the food to my own table since the staff couldn't be bothered.
No sauce in the dispensers and no sauce behind the counter either.
Not a single person out cleaning the tables probably too busy enjoying the carry on behind the counter to bother working.
Absolutely mind blowing that this place is even making money.

Ordered on just eat food didn't arrive was stuck on preparing food screen for ages and didn't arrive always problems with the Coatbridge one save your time and hassle folks avoid Coatbridge McDonald's at all costs as they basically stole off me i phoned them and the best they could say is they don't have a bloody driver

Waited nearly 1 hour in the drive through, Saturday night at midnight. Looked like one guy working both windows. Very poor service especially as once your in the que you can't leave it so no choice but to wait.

Absolutely terrible. Ordered £66 of food and half is missing. The restaurant said they won't give us a refund or or the missing food as it's done through Just eat. They also can't contact the driver.
