It?s ridiculous that?s big company like this one making a joke from theirs customer . That?s not first time , its start to be a normality.
Tried to order fillet tower meal , and boneless banquet , not hard right ?? At home my daughter realised she got ZINGER TOWER WITH BARBECUE SOUCE! 2 completely diffident stuff !
It?s not hard to ask again at the window if they weren?t sure what we wanted !
Oh and a chicken fillets ?!!! what the hell !!! Look at the size of it !! 23 grams !!! 51grams and 61 grams!!! It?s that?s a joke ??? 10£ FOR 3 PIECES OF CHICKEN WHICH ONE OF IT WAS ONLY 23 grams ???!!!!!

Part of my order was missing and when I called there cop out was there was nothing they could do as I ordered on justeat!!!! Cameron the manager had a terrible attitude and hung up the phone on me 3 times

This KFC is one of the best around the Glasgow area. As a regular visitor from Airdrie, I particularly enjoy the quality of the chicken and coffee. However, during my last visit, hot drinks were unfortunately unavailable. One issue I?ve noticed is with the parking area: many customers leave their high beams on while eating in their cars. This can be quite bothersome, especially when I have toddlers in the car, as the bright lights are very uncomfortable for them.

The attitude from the drive thru staff is shocking. Don't expect customer service as you recognize it. Instead be prepared for a condescending tone, impatience, and slow service. I'd recommend you visit any other branch instead of going here unless you enjoy being rushed and spoken down to. And forget about asking any questions about the menu or the items on offer, or even if anything is unavailable, because then the drive through staff get indignant and brusque.
The food is okay.

This place is rubbish, like the rest of the reviews they always leave items out. The one at the Glasgow east is the same. No other restaurants do this with such frequency so I can only assume they do it deliberately just to annoy people.
Guess that?s how you get a laugh when you leave skool at 16 with no future prospects.

Sick of things missing from my orders, through just eat there is no comeback on the restaurant, need to report to just eat then wait 7 days for them to investigate it. Doesn't help at night when one person has to go hungry through not getting their order. Shocking service although the food that you do get has improved slightly on recent years.
