From 1st contact on telephone to collection of glasses I was treated like Family. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. The eye test itself was second to none with Jacqueline taking a genuine interest in me as a person not just a number. The hi-tec up to the minute equipment gave a full and thorough test. Definitely 11/10 for friendly, professional service. Covid restrictions are in place but there is no ?clinical? feel to it.

I had such a positive experience here with my 2 year old who requires glasses. The staff were so friendly and informative and the selection for kids with the tomato glasses range was unbeatable. I'm excited for my son's journey with Jacqueline Meade Optician's and it was worth the 40 minute commute.
