Fantastic food fantastic service,
would like to thank the guys at the Vulcan, 11 members of family young and old went for dinner, all the food came together piping hot and delicious, would definitely recommend here for a meal,
manager came out with extra chips for the kids at no cost, thankyou so much for an enjoyable meal.

Nice place to go for food, it's got music on in the background but it isn't to loud. A good place to meet up have some food and a drink. ?

Recently bought 3 pints John Smiths here. Was clear by just looking at them that something was a bit off. No head to speak of except a thin layer of foamy bubbles. Tasted it and straight away was clear that it was a bad keg, tasted terrible. Took it back and pointed it out to the staff. She then poured a little sample and took it to someone sitting up by the window, came back and said, well no one else has complained so nothing I can do about it. Really poor service, not interested in fixing the problem.
Anyone who knows beers knows they were not right just by looking at them.
Interestingly, when I pointed it out initially, the other staff member commented 'I've already told them to change that keg today'. So they knew it was off but continued to sell it.

For a weatherspoons pub in Coatbridge to charge £3.95p for a tenants lager is ridiculous, won't be back, not surprised there was only four customers

It's changed a lot since we were last here. It's no longer a weatherspoons. Still reasonable prices though. A bit run down.

Friendly staff! They treat ya like family! Came there for breakfast and I enjoyed my time there! Had to try the 'Big Daddy' English Breakfast and I didn't regret one thing! Excellent food, amazing homely atmosphere and top notch food!?

Only place we could find which was dog friendly. Iam so glad it was the pub was perfect for all the family eating, drinking and watching the Euros. Fantastic atmosphere for the Scotland game. Mon- Thursday 3 courses meal deal is an absolute bargin !!! Family 4 - £52 - it would have been less but after seeing the gammon roast on Sunday. I had to try it for myself on Monday, so pleased I did followed by apple pie.

Dog Friendly !!! The pub is extremely welcoming we were able to watch the England game whist we all had a drink. I would also recommend the food, especially the roast dinner and sticky toffee pudding

Owner screaming at customers to leave the beer garden before ordering and cut off the same customers when they went to order. Power tripping owners that can't even cut their own grass garden looks like it's been abandoned for years

Visited here this morning (27/04/24) for breakfast. I'm up from Leeds visiting relatives. I fully enjoyed my breakfast. Very tasty. Good quality, great service.
