Overall a good store with a wide range of selections. However, that is overshadowed by the staff they employ. Rude, uncaring and lazy is how I?d describe most of the staff in Home Bargains Coatbridge. The staff in this store just don?t care if you need assistance they?d rather talk amongst themselves instead of putting stock out. One of those people was a girl that was on tills. You do however, get the few that want to help and make that effort to ensure your needs are met. She went out of her way to ensure my needs were met and even struck up conversation with me. She seems to be the only one in there capable of doing her job.
