I was recently helped by Lewis Stevenson when renewing the contract on my car, and he couldn't have been more helpful, informative, or professional. There were no questions too small or daft, and he made the whole process feel like a breeze. He's an absolute credit not just to the Coatbridge branch, but to Evans Halshaw as a company. I will absolutely be coming back to Lewis for support in the future.

I would never ever use or trust this Evans halshaw ford Coatbridge ever again and would advise everyone else to stay clear from them. I had faults with the second hand Ford grand c max I bought from them straight from day one that nearly killed my family driving home on the motorway as the brakes was and caliper was dangerous and they tried blaming me for it but I got them to pick it up in a few days to fix the front ones then guess what after a couple of month the back ones seized on and nearly caused another accident so I talked to the manager this time instead of the dafty sales guy (and you know who you are!!!) the manager promised that if I got a garage near me to do the work they would pay the bill which was nearly £500 to fix but he just kept ignoring my phone calls so I had to pay the garage bill myself. Now the car is knackered as the the clutch is gone on it and I have been quoted nearly £5000 and I haven't even had the car long. I am so so unhappy as I haven't the money to fix this car and fell robbed. I would advise no one to buy a car from this place as they sell bad cars and good luck trying to get them to fix it if something goes wrong with they car you buy. I would like to warn that sales person if he changes this review again I will be taking it further as I don't know how you put a false review with 5 stars on here for yourself as you must have stolen my details or something or you did it when you used my phone in the office when I was logged in on my phone as I would never have left you a good review so I will be keeping a eye on this truthful 1 star review.

This would be less if I could. I called the Coatbridge branch to ensure a car was still in stock and advised I was coming to view this tonight after taking time off my work to get there. Upon arrival at 17.45 I was told they had decided to close early and I wouldn't be able to view inside the car, I advised the young sales person I had drove all the way from Kincardine through rush hour traffic after arranging with the branch in advance and was given a shrug of the shoulders and told sorry. We were very interested in buying the car and would have made a cash purchase and to be treated in this manner is disgusting. I genuinely cannot believe a customer focused company treats potential buyers in that way.
