Coffee quality is the same as other Costas. I find it often takes a bit longer to get served in here compared to other stores though.

I wouldn't go anywhere else. This Costa has a drive through which is convenient when in a hurry ?

Staff are doing there best coffee and food are good keeping the place clean and tidy is another task they are not doing

Seems to have went to sh*t now the almighty Coca Cola have bought it over. They're price gouging and cutting corners everywhere as far as I can see. They're also changing the menu and stopping the character coffee . I discovered this coffee will be thrown out after menu changes. Literally bags of good coffee going in the bin instead of giving it away. Total waste and is a shameful act. I just hope the staff stay cheery after they're emotionally destroyed from working for the soda devil.

FILTHY... The dirtiest Costa I have ever visited. Went there at lunchtime on 5th August, and while It wasn?t particularly busy, every table bar one hadn?t been cleared, and the one that was free hadn?t been cleaned. Did not stay and went to the Costa within the nearby Next store which was e exemplary. Will not be back to this particular one.
