Once my favourite shop at the moment it's just image of misery. Garden section full of dying plants, inside the shop shelves not restocked as they used to be are still are in any other shop. I don't think I'll go back the willingly. New ownership kills that company... They cannot even afford new lorries so what can we say about the shops inside...

I went to Asda Coatbridge today, wanted to buy a blender, it was £18, I had cash 2x£10 notes, I inserted them together, one came out and put it back again but the machine kept saying inserted cash, I called for assistance, the lady who came managed to retrieve one note and I told her I put 2 notes, she called her colleague and she checked and could not find the other note, they went and came back saying i only put one note, I told them to check from the moment I got to the cash point that they were going to see me taking out 2 notes from my wallet but they teamed against me saying I did not, I asked to see the manager, I was taken to her and she also said I didn't put the 2 notes,I asked her to check the footage from the beginning and she couldn't help, they all teamed against me saying I was lying. That was such a bad experience for me being accused of lying. I went out without the blender because that's the only money I had.

This ASDA store has been the subject of numerous complaints from delivery drivers due to unprofessional staff and security personnel. Delivery drivers who have been working for a longer period of time are aware of the store's inefficient order fulfillment process and try to avoid picking up orders from there. The staff's lack of motivation and occasional rudeness have made this store a topic of discussion and amusement within the delivery driver community. Considering these factors, I would rate this store a 1 out of 10. To ensure a positive experience, I recommend ordering from alternative stores that prioritize customer satisfaction and efficiency.

Not enough options to buy girls blue shirts or polo shirts for school, place was loaded with white and I was directed to buy from the website.

What a bunch of helpful staff at Coatbridge ASDA.
I went in to buy washing up liquid and quickly decided on the purchase of a swing egg chair (DUE TO GREAT PRICE).
How was I going to get it to my car? Simple, the staff (particulary a young man with glasses at the scan point) helped me to take it to my car & even helped to load it into my car.
5 stars to all on the Sunday 5pm shift today in ASDA COATBRIDGE.
