The lovely staff sorted out my phone issue within literally 1 minute. ( A significant improvement on the 2hrs spent on the phone to customer services earlier in the day). Will definitely go into the store for any issues from now on.

I had been to Paisley and Braehead stores but neither were very helpful, went to Clydebank and the help I got was excellent, very obliging and thanks to Charlie I finally got the right help, 1st class service and everything is now...finally...sorted....note to self...in future go to Clydebank store.
