Visited for dinner this evening with friends, first time dining at the titan. Its typical fare for this type of restaurant, but a lot of choice on the menu. Very reasonable prices, particularly for the drinks. We had the cluck n cheese starter which was very good. Burgers were nice (portions for the mains are quite large, too much for us, but if you didn't have a starter then it would be more manageable) and desserts were good. Overall staff were friendly and Erin provided us with very good service. Atmosphere was good in the restaurant. Overall we had a surprisingly nicer meal than we expected. I would be happy to return

The staff were very friendly both at the bar and table service. Food was pretty good too. Lots of choice and reasonably priced .

Was in the restaurant last night (6.7.24) and 2 of the staff were rude and 100% out of order with the way they spoke to our party and also the party at the next table. One female in particular who we think was a manager was so very rude with the way she spoke to people, actually demanded 2 grown adults handed over their vapes (seriously put her hand out as if they were children) even though one of them was vaping outside & not inside the restaurant, she was so disrespectful to one of the people at our party that they left and at that point she went over to a barman & they had a laugh and a joke at the situation. Manners and customer service were defo 100% not on the menu tonight!!!!!!
Update - I must admit the reply from the restaurant was as expected tbh!!!!! Nothing but lies, it would be good to check the cctv and see that both parties (who were not together, only sitting next to each other) were not causing any hassle & only trying to have a nice meal and a few drinks. Every other staff member were very helpful apart from the two I mentioned & I can assure you she did have a laugh at the barman as I witnessed it myself & I was on soft drinks???? I live in Scotland so know the vaping rules thank you.

Went for a meal here a couple weeks ago. Food was really good fish and chips fresh and amazing, steak pie was tasty and piping hot, kids burger was perfect good quality apart from the bun was hard but staff gave him a new bun and very quickly sorted it out. Portions are huge very good value for the price, Great family friendly atmosphere staff really friendly even though the place was mobbed and they were busy. Will definitely be back.. huge improvement from the last time we came here years ago.. came back to try again after reading good reviews and so glad we did, keep it up Titan. 5 Stars

Steak was inedible, couldn't even cut it..ordered rare, got medium dried out.
Chips (which i didn't ask for) were overdone and soggy, peas were burnt. Food was awful last time but gabe it another chance. Waste of money. Was also over charged. Avoid.

Food was amazing really enjoyed it fresh and hot, service was equally as good as Erin was attentive and friendly and made sure evrything was spot on for our table and the cocktails where also really good best part about the night verry refreshing on a lovely summers night

Food was amazing the mix it up was sizzling for quite long and the cocktails from Christopher were amazing as well and on top of that Erins smile just made our day. Will be back soon definitely!
