Went in today and was in a queue for 30 minutes. Totally agree with other complaints on here, unbelievably stingy with salad, never been to a subway like it 6/7 workers stood there and all stood around just staring at you. Genuinely putting me off going to subway which is a shame, would recommend going elsewhere.

First time been in since takeover. Asked for fresh lettuce and new bag opened and emptied into current container which still had wet wilted lettuce in ! Sparse with salad. Dirty tables and bin area not clear and no napkins given with your sandwich.

Me and my pals ordered nachos and got giving the wrong order 4 times!! One wasn?t even put in the oven one got given to my friend which was a completey wrong order and have to go back up and they managed to mess it up again! The workers have no clue what they are doing and don?t have a clue what your saying ????? it?s a joke!!!

Since being took over, all new staff are present with no clue what they?re doing have had the wrong order several times due to most staff not understanding what I am saying. Extremely stingy with ingredients bought a salad box and had to ask for more lettuce and was given one single slice of pepper. You?d think that the ingredients come out their wages. £5 for a salad box with barely anything in it had to continuously ask for more. Also very rude and disinterested.

A visit to Subway in Clydebank on a Sunday afternoon. It was relatively quiet but a queue did form but this was due to staff supporting was I suspect was a new member of staff. Supporting staff were great and before long all had their food and the queue had died down.I had the steak and cheese which was stuck to the wrapping and a bit of a mess but it was tasty and presentation was just down to new member of staffs experience. The food was hot and tasty.The tables chairs and floor etc were all clean.

I ordered a chicken tikka sandwich, and they gave me the wrong order( instead, cheaken, meatballs)??After notice that they 2 ladies staff refuse to get a refund because I paid with card...Worst Subway in clydebank and west .The staff are rude ,one of the ladles that I think is shift manager not have a cap or apron on.food was rubbish without any suse and place and tables and floor were dirty.Just wasted my money and bad customer service ????Never ever back to this rubbish place.

One of the ladies did not have a cap or apron on.Not busy, tables & floor were dirty. The staff were disinterested, did not help an elderly lady in a wheelchair, there was another customer who moved the chairs and table, to help her. Really sad to see how a human becomes inhumane.

They'll ask you to pay THEN tell you there's no southwest sauce and salami... THEN told can't get refund cause it's card payment.Deal breaker!! Plus, a legal matter worth a few bob since I record everywhere I go haha winner winner
