I recently visited this store and had a frustrating experience. While at the checkout with a product I picked from inside, I was carrying an unrelated item from elsewhere under my arm. Unhelpful staff. Couldn't try a couple of pairs of shoes on as the single staff member was dealing with another customer for a long time and kept telling other customers to wait. Asked two staff members at the till point and was told to go back and wait on the staff member working on shoes although they were not busy.... read full comment

Returns policy is a joke avoid this retailer if possible, it’s a shame I can’t go lower than 1 star.
