Use Screwfix on a needs must basis, always a good response from staff in store.
Priced competively, and good online set up/pick up too, even when returning products never an issue(follow the guidelines). ?

Favourite DIY shop, first time at this location. Easy transaction, in and out with no issues. Cashier recognised paint tin was a bit bashed before passing the goods over, replaced without me asking. Ample parking outside.

I had to return a bathroom fan today as I had purchased (on-line) the incorrect model. I was unsure if this would be acceptable as I hadn't purchased direct from the store. Staff were extremely helpful and refunded original amount and sold me the correct model all done with a smile ?. Excellent customer service. Thank you.
