Missing items from order. Store no help at all - take no responsibility despite order going through on McDonalds app. Can't speak to Uber Eats either as their automated response cuts you off as you didn't order directly through them. Manager wouldn't take ownership or even provide her name. Avoiding this restaurant now due to total lack of customer respect and service.

Ordered a delivery through just eat today ( Thursday 17th October)from this outlet.
The order came with an item missing, I informed the driver who told me to phone the number on the receipt. The number rang for about 5min then an automated message said this number cannot take this call..

They don?t like giving out paid dips! The amount of money they must take from customers is ridiculous. Food is standard nothing special, staff in the other hand are rude and very unprofessional. I was in the store and ordered dip for my chips and the girl rolled her eyes at me ?hahaha I mean I paid for it? and I get eye rolled at! If that?s the kind of attitude you get you shouldn?t be allowed to work with the public??.

Don't know why but find that if you customise your cheeseburger and add more onions, it tastes a lot better. McD, you need a way to keep your fries warmer for longer! 90% of time the fries are luke warm! And that's if you eat them as soon as you collect your order.
Housekeeping could have been better. Then again if some of the mungrels that came in cleaned up after themselves..... ?????

As expected, it's a McDonald's at the end of the day... the cleaners are top notch, friendly and so nice... the servers however could do with ensuring orders are correct.
