I was in Matalan Clydebank last Friday and have to say I was served by the most pleasant assistant I've come across in a very long time. The lady who served me was so helpful, friendly and professional. I did comment at the time how lovely she had been but I feel her manager should also know what a fantastic job this member of staff is doing and how much I appreciated her excellent customer service. I've checked my receipt and I was at till 2 and the ID No is 15, I hope this identifies the lovely lady who served me.

Always like a trip to Matalan. Had a few nice things. As usual the sizes are a bit hit or miss. Came away with a size 12 jumper and size 18 shirt.....

Sometimes it's a bit of hit and miss in Matalan because of the stock they have in. The staff are lovely and very helpful. Would love to see more home items and better shoe selection
