Left waiting in a queue of 5 people with the current person being served already taking up a considerable amount of the young girl sales assistant time who was behind the till serving the customer. Meanwhile the young blonde female manager pretended to look busy fiddling with things that could have easily waited while she could have helped her colleague by' jumping ' onto a till. However she is obviously above this, she only took time out from fiddling around to snap at a customer who dared to approach her and they were rudely told to wait in the line. Congratulations, this kid manager has ensured I won't ever return to this badly ran branch. Her appearance is also not what you would expect for a manager. JD may want to offer this alleged manager a course in being professional and also good manners. Store also looks run down and disorganised.

My wife entered ur store to buy one of our grandkids a ball today. Ur young member of staff was exceptional amd done her utmost. She asked her manager who was floating about with an iPad if he could accommodate and put air in the ball for her clients. He abruptly stated no . How unhelpful is this for a client purchasing an item at £16 to be abruptly told no.... I am not happy at this at all as c.s was shocking by a senior rep of ur company.... we had previously had amazing c.s in ur braehead so what differs between stores.. I will not be back in clydebank store. Sorry

Was in the store today to buy me and my partner trainers and possibly a couple tracksuits. However when I overheard the blonde women manager with glasses speaking to her colleague like absolute trash because he was speaking too another colleague, which btw they were speaking work related stuff. We left immediately SHE lost a sale not the boys talking.

The so called ?king of trainers? doesn?t measure and has no means to measure kids shoe size. A shoe shop that won?t and can?t measure feet. Absolute joke. For kids shoes and trainers that are more than half the price of JD and better selection just walk out the store turn left and take about twenty steps and walk into DEICHMANN they have a better selection friendlier staff and much much cheaper and oh yes they?ll measure your kids feet too. Avoid JD the joker of trainers.

Good quality and shopping exp is good. Only feedback is when we requested for particular size to try the sales executive requested us to collect the same from counter instead of handing the same to us. It was causing more of inconvenience since everytime we can't go to counter to collect the same.
