I went into Holland and Barrett today and the service i received from Happy ( i am pretty sure she was the store manager ) was second to none .
She was helpful and put me at ease and nothing was to much trouble .
She gave me helpful information and although I left without buying anything, I left feeling good and most certainly will return to store again .
In fact Happy could certainly go out and teach staff and managers in other business the true art of customer services.
A lovely lady that enjoys her job

I was there at 5:25 there was a lady, I was here in search of burns scar cream which was on face. It?s most sensitive skin for any person. And what she advised was arnicare arnica cooling gel which is a muscles pain relief cream. After reaching home when applied gel started itching and burning. Then we have looked into its uses in google and got to know. Such a worst service the lady if she doesn?t understand what to do might have let us know that she is not aware about scar cream instead just to make a sale of their product she gave any product this could have infected person she needs to think about it.

Just arrived here at 4.20 to find the shop closed with no sign saying why. Both this page and the shop door state that it closes at 5.30. Very disappointed!

I had a ball in here on Friday. Took advantage of the sale. My friend left my bag in the shop and I didn't realize till after closing time and I was home. I called up customer service and they were so nice. They advised me to call at 9am the following morning but my friend just went into the shop and the lovely lady knew it was my bag and had put it behind the counter. 10/10 for honesty XXX politeness of the staff in this shop10/10 and helpfulness 10/10

As a chain, I'm a big fan of Holland & Barrett - their prices are about on par with other stores stocking similar products and the variety of stock is impressive. This particular store, however, is outstanding. The manager is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, but more than that, she seems to genuinely care about her customers. My wife and I were recently back at the shop after a break of almost a year and the manager recognised us right away and asked how we'd been. It's a little thing, but a touch that gives the store a friendly and welcoming feel.

Before I begin I have to admit a bias for Holland & Barrett. Since becoming vegan I've found it is usually one of the best shops to go to in order to acquire good quality suitable food. However, some stores can be a little hit and miss. In one shop I've visited in the Glasgow area the store is huge, but the supplies are limited with no freezer cabinet. In another the store is small with limited stock and only very reluctantly helpful staff. This particular branch, however, is the best I've ever been into. It's not particularly large, but they make the best of the space available to include as much variety as possible. It's organised, tidy and though Holland & Barrett in general is not cheap you're paying for quality. However, what makes this particular store is the staff. They are friendly, helpful and the manager is always happy to order in anything they don't have in stock and set it aside for you until you're able to collect and pay. I go out of my way to shop at this branch rather than the one closest to me purely because of the staff. Basically, they make this store as good as it gets.

Great branch. Frequent reductions in addition to whatever Holland and Barrett country wide offers are on. Helpful staff who have tried a lot of their own products and can suggest things.

This Holland & Barrett store in Clydebank sells a range of organic and specialist health food. Very handy if you have an allergy to gluten or dairy. It also sells vitamins and herbal remedies designed for any ailment. Although I support the healthy aspect of Holland & Barrett and all that, I must admit my favourite part of the store is the huge selection or Green and Black's chocolate.
