“I went into Holland and Barrett today and the service i received from Happy ( i am pretty sure she was the store manager ) was second to none . She was helpful and put me at ease and nothing was to much trouble . She gave me helpful information and although I left without buying anything, I left feeling good and most certainly will return to store again . In fact Happy could certainly go out and teach staff and managers in other business the true art of customer services. A lovely lady that enjoys her job”
