“When my girlfriend and I entered the shop, we were greeted by Suzy, who is very lovely and supportive. Her attentiveness, warmth, and understanding is second to none; it is some of the best customer service I have ever seen in a shop. She spoke to us both about a few bits and pieces; giving us information on products, and some advice on sights and so on. She was just an absolute pleasure to talk to. My girlfriend picked a Charlie Bear that she wanted for a long time, and we both continued to talk to Suzy about other miscellaneous topics. Honestly, I would highly, HIGHLY recommend shopping here, and me and my girlfriend will definitely be shopping here again, as well!!”
